Our Holy Father Philotheus.

Commemorated September 15 in the Orthodox Christian Menaion

From the Prologue

He was from the village of Myrmix or Mravin in Asia Minor.

His mother had the same name the other way round - Theophila. He was a priest,, and a wonderworker even during his lifetime. On one occasion, he turned water into wine, and on another multiplied bread.

He entered into rest in the Lord in the tenth century, and myrrh was found to flow from his relics.
